Five ways to DEAL with your CHILDREN’S FEAR of going to school.

  1. Listen. Really listen. Get down to their eye level. Look into their eyes.tapping points to use with EFT
  2. Repeat sometime they said so they know you understand. Ex. “I heard you say you are worried about your friends.”
  3. Tap away their fear. Lovingly tell them you are going to tap away the scary stuff. Tap, with the pads of your fingers, on the spots shown. Tap about 7 times on each spot. Take a few deep breaths while you do it to get them to do the same.
  4. Tap on yourself when the fear arises.
  5. Turn off the news!
