Supermodel Thin

Susan Miner - Supermodel ThinLet’s talk about your digestion. Yes, I’m going to go there. Going to talk about going to the bathroom. How do you feel when you don’t go to the bathroom every day? I have a five year old daughter so I am used to the word and will say it. Are you pooping every day? My daughter will ask me, why do we poop everyday, she thinks of it like a chore… I tell her because it is healthy, because we eat everyday and we need to poop everyday. What happens to your garbage when you don’t take it out every day? Well I’ll tell you what happens to ours, because we put food in it, it gets stinky. So without getting into a long winded explanation, let’s just say that you want to take out the garbage if you know what I mean. How can you get your body to do this? Exercise, stretching and relaxing, eating veggies, not eating processed foods, drinking lots of water all help. Let’s say you do all this and still have no success, as we say in our house. I am going to recommend three things you may add to your supermodel thin healthfully program: Here they are:

1. Probiotics. They are helpful bacteria for the intestine. Thank goodness they are becoming more mainstream. You will be able to quickly research them. Buy good probiotics. Seriously the cheap drug store probiotics are a waste of your money in my opinion, go to the health food store and get a good one. Start investigating on your own, you’ll convince yourself for sure.

  1. Powdered magnesium. I have a rounded teaspoon in my herbal tea before I go to bed when I feel I need to. Not only will this help relax you, it will help you go to the bathroom.
  2. Vitamin C. I like the buffered vitamin C. Follow the instructions on the packages. Once again go to the health food store please.

Your immune system is raised and our waist line is lowered when you get your intestines in good shape- A wonderful step to being Supermodel Slim healthfully. (I am not a doctor. These are only my suggestions. Check with your health care professional.) Check out “Models do Eat” by Jill de Jong at
